RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for online store exchange/ credit are accepted within 10 days of order delivery. You’ll need to cover initial and return shipping costs. Returns after 10 days need pre-approval, or we’ll send your package back! Please contact us for approval at maddygrace@maddygracedesign.com within the exchange period.
*All Online Sales are Final on clearance, monograms, special orders, heavily discounted items (40% off plus), customer damaged products (handle with care), worn products and gift cards.
